Warranty
Kollodis BioSciences, Inc. warrants materials to be of quality at the time of sale. The purchaser or user assumes all responsibility for the use and handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages resulting therefrom.

Kollodis BioSciences' obligation is to replace the material up to the amount of the purchase price. This applies only to the product in their original containers and does not apply to a product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged by accident or through negligence.
Return Policy
Please contact our Customer Service Department (orders@kollodis.com) should a problem arise with your order. Inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any visible shortages, defects or damages. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly as the result of an error on our part, we will take immediate and appropriate action to correct the problem.

Authorization for all product returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Services Department. A return authorization number will be given to you prior to the return of any goods. Not all items will be authorized for return, due to temperature and packing requirements. Items authorized for return must arrive at our facilities in a state satisfactory for resale to be eligible for a product credit. A restocking charge of 25% or $25 (whichever is greater) will be charged on all returns that are not the result of any error or fault of ours.

Goods may not be returned for credit after 21 days after your receipt of the goods. At our discretion, we may issue a product credit or refund for the product value and shipping charges. No product credit shall be available for use if a past due balance is outstanding on the account. Any product credit not used within six months of the date of issue shall expire.
